Nora is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and a PhD candidate, who works with individuals, couples, and families around anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, marriage and divorce, family issues, grief and loss, and parenting concerns. Her approach integrates IFS, mindfulness‑based and narrative therapies, DBT, ACT, and humanistic, strengths‑based perspectives, helping clients better understand their internal “parts,” clarify their values, and make deliberate, compassionate changes in their lives. Trained at Sookmyung Women’s University and Columbia University, Nora combines a scientist‑practitioner lens with a warm, non‑pathologizing stance, and offers therapy in Korean (Hangugeo) and English with careful attention to cultural, intergenerational, and systemic contexts.

RP, MA, BSc
Helena is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) whose work brings together a warm relational presence with a strong, research‑informed grounding in clinical psychology. She supports adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, social anxiety, insomnia, depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, psychosis/schizophrenia, relationship difficulties, and spiritual or existential concerns. Drawing on somatic therapy, CBT, and DBT, Helena collaborates with clients to understand their difficulties in context and to build practical skills for emotion regulation, nervous‑system stabilization, and more satisfying relationships. Originally trained at Humboldt University Berlin and the University of Freiburg, she offers therapy in German, English, and French and is attentive to how culture, language, and worldview shape each person’s experience of distress and recovery.
